I also favor making `record?' return #f for opaque records.

I'd be happy to see `init!' dropped, but it doesn't bother me much. 

I'd prefer that all "unspecified"s be resolved. At this point, I can
live with either generative or non-generative records (i.e., whichever
would lead to agreement).

Otherwise, I'm generally content with the current proposal.
