[R6RS] New records draft

I've attached a copy for archival purposes.

The only changes wrt. to the previous version concern the semantics of
EQ?/EQV?/EQUAL? on records and record types.  I've tried my best to
fuse Will's and Marc's suggestions (many thanks!) without causing any
inconsistencies.  I hope I haven't screwed up.

Anything else?  If not, I intend to submit Thursday or so.
