[R6RS] CVS server for R6RS

I have setup a CVS server for R6RS.  My plan is to put on it the R6RS
draft so that all the editors have read/write access.  I'm not a
CVS wizard, so if any of you have something specific to propose in
terms of file organization, please speak up.  My idea at this point is
to have a single directory with all the .tex files, with each chapter
in its own file.

Now may be a good time to discuss how we will accomplish the
separation into "core Scheme" and library.
