Kent Pitman's post on conditions and exception systems in rrrs-authors
is also pretty instructive:

Pitman argues for something even more elaborate, but the stuff that
SRFIs 34 & 35 are missing (restarts, mostly) is orthogonal to what's
there and could be added later---it doesn't seem as important as the
rest.

Moreover, the issue of compound proposals / multiple inheritance came
