[R6RS] `syntax defect' etc.

So far, I've used the term "defect" in some contexts similar to
that of `contract-violation.'  I.e., the report speaks of "syntax
defect" and has predicates named `syntax-defect?' und
`undefined-defect?'.  I take today's discussion as implying that those
should be changed to `violation' as well.  Correct?
