[R6RS] action items from today's call

I have revised the responses to tickets #7, #59, and #122.
I will spend the next couple of hours in reading all of the
responses so I can vote on the ones I have not yet voted
upon, and can withdraw my vote on any that might have changed
in an unacceptable way.

I apologize for doing this on the last day.  This is finals
week; as I told you almost a month ago, I have very little
time for R6RS this week.
