[R6RS] List trivia

The new R6RS list should now be working, and the five editors should 
have received welcome messages.  The new list address is 
r6rs at scheming.org.  The archives of the old list have been migrated. 
Please let me know if you notice any glitches.

BTW, I notice that when I type an address starting with "r6rs..." into 
my email client, it keeps prompting me with the old list address, so 
it's probably a good idea to delete that address from your contacts 
list, if this affects you.  Assuming we're happy with the new setup, we 
should have the old lists deactivated, to avoid any confusion.

I'll set up the Drupal web-based message board over the weekend, with 
mirroring of messages to/from the mailing list.
