[R6RS] Records SRFI revised

As you may have noticed, we've just posted a revision of SRFI 76.
I've attached a copy for archival purposes.

We've made a fair amount of changes; see

for a summary.

There's still a number of bullets left in the issues section.  For R6RS,
I think the most pertinent ones are the issues on generativity and
opacity---specifically, I expect Matthew will have something to say on
these, and possibly on the naming.
