[R6RS] fx/fixnum vs. core/library split

Ah, I was looking at the wrong file then, it seems.

Anyway, what about `fixnum-width', `least-fixnum' and
`greatest-fixnum'?  Do these:

1. get exported only from arithmetic-fixnum
2. get exported from both
3. get aliases fx-width, least-fx, and greatest-fx in arithmetic-fx

?
