[R6RS] List library vs. core

We decided we would put the new list procedures into a separate
library.  Right now, it looks a bit inconsistent because the whole set
of remp, remove, remv, remq is in that library, but only assp and memp
of the assoc- and member-related sets, where the rest currently
resides in the core.  I suggest that we also move memq, memv, and
member, assq, assv, and assoc to the list library.  Alternatively, we
might move assp, memp, remp, remove, remv, and remq to the core.
(However, I prefer the first suggestion.)
