[R6RS] New name for "bytes" / "bytes object"

This is Ticket #99, which also generated a bit of discussion on the
list.

Maybe we could prepare the discussion, and have everybody indicate
whether they still think "bytes" is OK, and list what names would be
acceptable and which ones you dislike.

For me, "bytes" / "bytes object", "blob", and "bob" are acceptable.

I dislike "byte vector", "octet vector", "binary", and "binary *"
