[R6RS] Boolean or boolean

I'd rather not take up meeting time on this.  Ticket 216 requests
that we capitalize Boolean.  The draft response says we will.  Will's
response-votes entry says we shouldn't unless we rename boolean?
to Boolean?.

Please respond with your votes on the following two questions:

  1. should we capitalize boolean as ticket 216 suggests?

  2. if we do capitalize boolean, should we rename boolean? to Boolean?
