[R6RS] Semantics of multiple-value mismatch

The motion I have in mind would affect the wording in sections 4.7
and 9.17:

- The sentence in the second paragraph of section 4.7 starting with
  "The effect ..." would read "If any other number of values is passed
  to such a continuation, an exception with condition type &assertion
  is raised."

- The last sentence of 9.17 would read "If an inappropriate number of
  values is passed to a continuation, an exception with condition type
  &assertion is raised."
