I think it would be a mistake to do so: the difference between a logical
and a physical hierarchy should be a matter of the implementation.
I note that hierarchies like the r6rs one can be mapped onto physical
hierarchies by using a convention like:
(r6rs fixnum) => r6rs/fixnum.scm
(r6rs) => r6rs/default.scm
