| A body (with declarations and definitions) may occur after lambda,
| let, let*, let-values, let*-values, letrec*, and letrec. On the
| other hand, a sequence of expressions (without declarations and
| definitions) may occur after begin, in cond clauses, and in case
| clauses.
DO also has a sequence of expressions, both in its body and in its
termination clause.
