Thanks, this appears to be correct. Please disregard my previous message.

I also received the entire message via email; it is only in the web
archives that the message is truncated. The message body was less than
25KB, so didn't reach any limit. Presumably the web archiving software
is truncating the message because of the embedded "From" line.
