A new revision of the revised report, R5.95RS, has been posted on
r6rs.org. See
http://www.r6rs.org/versions/CHANGES for a list of changes.
R5.95RS is not yet in final form and is not intended to be a candidate for
adoption.
Also posted on r6rs.org is a draft rationale document that is in an even
less complete state than the other documents.
