The general rule is that only SRFIs that either were adopted with only
conservative extensions (such as SRFI 34) or SRFIs that were explicitly
part of the R6RS process are directly cited. (Arguably, the bitwise
library follows SRFI 33 even more closely. For example, SRFI 35, on
which the condition system is based, is also no longer cited.) I don't
want to minimize your contributions, which were significant: I'll put in
a more specific acknowledgement.
