Something to consider for R6.1RS, maybe. If this is already
pointed out, sorry for duplication.

At the beginning of Chapter 4 "Lexical and datum syntax", three
levels of Scheme syntax is explained. The third item reads:

  3. the program syntax formulated in terms of the read syntax, ...

However, the term "read syntax" doesn't appear anywhere else.
The intention is clear, I think, especially since the following
paragraph mentions "reading" syntactic data using get-datum.
But isn't it better to use the term datum syntax, since it is
just defined explicitly above?
