Your use of the word "ongoing" leads me to suspect that our use of the
word "correspondence" has mislead you. The "Additional
Correspondence" is not the record of some ongoing discussions, but
rather the ballots and ballot revisions submitted by six people who
missed the final deadline.

I apologize for the delay in preparing this appendix. The delay is
entirely my fault and not the fault of the other members of the
Steering Committee. It is now in place on the web site.

I will spare you all the trouble of doing the obvious calculation: if
these six people had made the deadline, the percentage of those voting
who voted "Yes", would be 63.2% -- still larger than 60%.
