I think the answer is "not much at all", but it
was an interesting question. As proof, I would
point to your reply and Alan Watson's.

I also think the reason the answer is "not much"
is that the editors have (for the most part)
resisted pressure to add procedures whose main
purpose is to make interpreters a little faster.
