[R6RS] Case-sensitivity

No, there's no deep technical argument in favor of square brackets or
`->'; we just sortof like them. And whatever `let-values' form we pick,
it will be because we all sortof agree that one of them looks nice.

The only distinguishing feature of case-sensitivity is that a few vocal
people like to debate it endlessly. We all know where the majority
opinion falls on case sensitivity, just as we know with square
brackets.
